Foooooood
I'm a little demanding and a lot impatient when it comes to my food. I do this every single meal.

My Big Boo Boo
Today, I was playing in the bottom drawer in the kitchen. It has the plastic cups and stuff in it so it's pretty safe....so Mommy thought. I was so happy emptying the entire contents of the drawer again and again until I thought it may be fun to head butt the drawer and, you know what? It won. I did not win but I did cry a lot and I bled a lot too. Mommy put some ice on it and that made me angry and then it kept bleeding so I got my first band-aid. I'm better now...it still looks pretty bad but it stopped bleeding and I'm fine. I didn't know this crawling and pulling up business was such treacherous work.

New Camera
Mommy and Daddy got us a new camera because our old one was having major problems. This one takes much better video so you can see my cute little face without the focus going in and out. The zoom is much better too. Mommy's been snapping my picture for 2 days now. It's a good thing I'm so darn cute.

My first real ouchie
So, the story behind my first real ouchie is a pretty good one. Mommy got up with me one morning and she had to potty so she put me in bed with Daddy and said "Make sure he doesn't fall out of the bed". About 2 minutes later, she heard "CRASH" and then me screaming. Daddy had fallen asleep and I crawled off the bed head-first and fell straight into the trash can. The trash can fell over with me in it and I was trying to crawl out but I couldn't figure it out. My ouchies are on my arms from the sides of the trash can because I'm built like a football player and that, apparently, is where I got stuck. Once Mommy and Daddy were sure I was okay, it was all pretty funny.

Look at MEEE!
I learned how to do this a while back but mommy's been slow about getting it on here. I can (and do) pull up on ANYTHING. Mommy's favorite is when she comes to get me after my nap and I get so excited that I let go of the crib and fall over backwards. She says I look very surprised and it makes her laugh. So now, Mommy and Daddy have to keep my crib side up. So far, I've whacked my head on about 300 things but I'm tough. I climbed up on the sit and spin and then fell onto the chair. I climbed up to the little table and fell onto, well, the little table. I'm getting better but I'm also getting braver and a little scarier but more on that in a minute.

I crawled
Mommy doesn't have any video yet but I crawled today...a for real, on all 4s with no tummy crawl. Mommy was talking to Papa on the phone and he was asking if I was crawling yet and Mommy said "no, he's just army cr....oh my gosh, he just did it. He just really crawled." I was waiting for my surprise reveal. I've secretly been practicing in my bed at night.

Bouncy
Daddy got this bouncy thing out of the garage. It's pretty fun and Olivia's pretty good at showing me how to bounce.

Music
There is nothing in the whole world that calms me or captures my attention more quickly than a little guitar music. This is my favorite:
Happy Henry news and a few cute ones of me too!
So, Henry's update is this:
Henry got to go see a new doctor at Children's Mercy in K.C. That's right...my old stomping grounds. And, they got in super fast so that's very happy news. He's on a new medication to help his tummy empty better and help him feel hungry so he wants to eat more and also help with acid reflux and vomiting. They had several easy feedings this week so that's definitely an answer to prayer.
Also, Henry's hernias have reduced to 15-20% of their previous size which is also a direct answer to prayer. YAY, God!
They're finishing his doses of diuretics that are reducing fluid on his lungs and were supposed to see a pulmonologist today to determine if he's okay to start short breaks from oxygen.
Some more good Henry news is that he is tracking with his eyes, holding his head up, smileing, babbling and playing with his fingers. Those are all great great great things for those of us whose mommies watch our development like hawks. Please keep praying for Henry and his family and thank you for your prayers so far. Clearly, God is at work here.
Like a caged lion....rawwwr
Army crawling
I have, once again, tweaked my form a little on my quest for mobility. Here's my newest version (Mommy says I'm well on my way to a true crawl and have started alternating hands and legs while up in the last couple of days)
Balloons
Grammy sent this balloon with our valentine's day present and somehow, it's still floaty. Mommy let me play with it since it's not the latex kind and it was super awesome but maybe a little over-stimulating.
